Dining
Bow to stern, the ms Noordam is full of exciting lounges, bars, restaurants--some cozy, some grand, and some just plain fun! From the fine dining experience of a succulent fillet mignon or delicious fresh Maine lobster, to the casual burgers and fries offered poolside, the ms Noordam offers something to satisfy the moods and cravings of virtually anyone aboard. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows like her sister ships provide dazzling ocean views almost anywhere you go. Guests will especially like the Crow's Nest, perched on the uppermost deck of the ship, where views of the ocean are unrivaled. The ms Noordam also offers a limited 24 hour room service menu that is available throughout the duration of your time at sea.
Aboard Holland America, “dining is not about an overwhelming maze of
restaurants, noisy themes or table-top dancing. It’s about the elegant pleasures
of quiet dining with family or new friends in a sanctuary of crisp tablecloths,
gleaming silverware, white-gloved wait staff and absolutely delicious cuisine!

Vista Dining Room: Most nights, your arrival into this space is accompanied by the lilting sounds of a string quartet. Decorative Murano glass fixtures add a soothing glow to the elegant, two-tiered room. Rosenthal china and fresh flowers await you at your carefully set table. By day, the views out to sea are expansive, courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows on three sides. By night, the room feels warm and intimate. At all times, the food is delicious!

Lido Restaurant: Here’s your dining option that’s always convenient and always casual. Sometimes, particularly on days in ashore when your feet gave out before your curiosity did, you just want a nice, casual restaurant to settle into. Service here is buffet-style but this is no high school cafeteria set up. Individual food islands offer delicious entrees, fresh-baked bread, salads, soups, fresh fruit, and mouth watering desserts.

Windstar Café: You may never wander in at one in the morning, but it’s nice to know the Windstar Café is there for you, serving up small, tasty meals almost 24-hours of the day.
